Obsessive Compulsive Skin Care Junkie

SO, this is my Intro post y'all. No, really I am not southern.
OK, so I pretty much get obsessed with every new thing that I am into. I take it to the extreme, for each of my new ventures, I go crazy buying the supplies, make a couple things, then move onto my next quest. Some prior things I that I obsessed on were knitting, sewing, crochet, learn Spanish , learn Korean, learn Japanese, Natural Food Cooking, Juicing, the list goes on.
But my long standing obsession is shopping. Ever since I was a little kid, I was an obsessive compulsive shopper. Now, some may think this is an issue, and for me I know its totally psychological, cause I'm pretty crazy really, but this is a relatively socially acceptable addiction. C'mon our whole culture in the US is materialism  Although I am a juxtaposition in myself, because  I am pretty existential as well. I just try to ignore as much as possible to keep me from thinking so much.
So, shopping has proved my only addiction that is legal and doesn't hurt my body. And the item that has been my long-standing shopping obsession is SKINCARE!!!!

This skin and body care addiction really blossomed after and while working at Bath & Body Works for a few years. My specialty was exfoliation! I was a BOSS(in exfoliation sales, jejeje). I could sell Exfoliating Scrubs to anyone. Sink demoing the powers of exfoliation was my technique. So it kinda started there and  what I have to show for it is a bunch of Rubbermaid containers full of lotions, creams, scrubs , sprays, travel sizes and a big creamy exfoliated monkey of an obsession on my back! BBW is still my place to go for scented body lotions, sprays, shower gels, home fragrance. My skincare spot has been Sephora for a few years now. I LOVE GOOD COSMETICS. Well, I do not really wear much makeup. I am addicted to lip gloss, chap stick, lip liner. SO, really I LOVE QUALITY SKIN CARE PRODUCTS.

I am kind of moving on from Sephora, well not really cause Ole Henriksen is the best washing, moisturizing routine I have tried, but for Lip Glosses, Creams, Scrubs I am soooooo into KOREAN skincare, like Holika Holika, Tonymoly, Liole, Baviphat, Etude House, Skinfood, etc.

And all this stems from my obsession of CUTENESS *^~^* Kawaii, y'all. (just being dorky, sorry) HAVE you seen the packaging on these things? Irresistible!!!  So I have loved Sanrio forever, mostly during my adult years, though. I may be stunted, stuck in childhood, my parents were divorced when I was like 3. And then I went through a period of voluntary absence from my mind, if you know what I mean from about 15-23. SO even though I am super mature, I must still yearn for a childhood and maybe that manifests in my love for all things cute and princessy, which as a matter of fact I rejected through all my childhood, was more of a tomboy. Gosh I am just so complex and contrary. I am into super girly things , but I have a lot of mentality traits of strong macho male. jeje. Whoa, major diversion there. Back to Sanrio.

Sanrio........ well I have kind of lost my mojo after going into that monologue, so I guess that'll be it for my first post, y'all. Ew thats annoying, but that's what keeps coming into my head. Oh well. Thank  god for the internet's way of making you lose your intuition and self respect at times, for that matter.

What this blog will be will consist of my diversion from subject (THAT'S A GIVEN with me), makeup(what little I use, I love) reviews, Pics and details of things I buy, Skin care Reviews, PIcs of my loads of Obsession Induced Buying Sprees. Although I am not that bad, my credits pretty much paid off except that stuff I bought this week.

OH and some of what I bought this week was super kawaii candy nostalgia, Chupa Chups Whistle Pops and Creamy Choco/Vanilla Lollipops.

I am hungry(Another Obsession...Food) Here's just a tad bit of my body care arsenal, many of which items are discontinued, so I use them sparingly, Good thing BBW stuff never loses its scent!!
